Departly by HITGOC (the "Service") is operated for travel agencies and travel professionals ("Customers", "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our web application and any connected integrations, including Google and Meta / Facebook APIs.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, company name, role, and authentication identifiers.
  • Lead and customer data: contact details, preferences, travel requirements, booking history, and communication logs.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions within the dashboard, device/browser information, and IP address.
  • Third-party platform data: data received from Google Sheets, Meta / Facebook, and other platforms that you explicitly connect, in accordance with their terms and the permissions you grant.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Departly.
  • Sync and manage leads, bookings, and communications across integrated platforms.
  • Improve product experience, performance, and security.
  • Provide customer support and communicate about updates or issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and platform policies (including Google API Services User Data Policy and Meta policies).

4. Data From Meta / Facebook

If you connect a Meta / Facebook asset (such as a Page, ad account, or WhatsApp Business account), we access data strictly in accordance with your granted permissions and Meta Platform Policies. Typical data may include leads, messages, and basic page information.

We do not sell data received from Meta products to third parties. We do not transfer Meta data to data brokers or to third parties for advertising or profiling outside of the Service.

5. Data From Google

If an administrator connects a Google account, Departly requests access to Google Drive and Google Sheets only to list spreadsheets available to that account, read the spreadsheet and worksheet selected by the administrator, inspect column headers, and import or synchronize selected rows as CRM leads for a configured campaign.

Departly uses Google user data only to provide these user-requested integration features. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or transfer it to data brokers. Access is limited to the permissions granted through Google OAuth and can be revoked from the user's Google Account permissions at any time.

Departly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Sharing and Processors

We may share data with trusted service providers that help us deliver the Service, such as hosting, database, analytics, and error monitoring providers. These providers only process data on our behalf and under appropriate data protection agreements.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of specific data or your entire account by contacting us.
