Travel CRM is a software-as-a-service platform designed for travel agencies and travel professionals to manage leads, itineraries, bookings, communications, and related business operations. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including Meta / Facebook products, subject to their respective terms and policies.
When you connect third-party services (such as Meta / Facebook, WhatsApp Business, messaging or ad platforms), you authorize us to access and process data from those services solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you connect, including Meta Platform Policies. You must not use the Service to circumvent or violate any platform rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
